This site is a marketing page with a live product demonstration. You cannot create an account, purchase anything, or receive any service on this domain. The demo agent on this page represents a fictional business — it is not a real practice, it will not schedule a real appointment, and no one will call you back as a result of using it.

If you sign up for the ReadyRing service, that happens on readyring.ai and is governed by the ReadyRing Privacy Policy, not this one. This policy covers only what happens on this website.

We do not ask you for any personal information on this site. There is no signup form, no contact form, and no account.

Voice demo. If you start the demo, your browser sends live microphone audio to our voice provider so the AI can respond in real time. We do not retain recordings or transcripts of demo calls. Anything you say during the demo is used to produce the conversation and nothing else — we cannot contact you afterward, because we never collect your contact details here.

Analytics. We collect anonymous usage data — pages viewed, whether the demo was started, which buttons were clicked, approximate region, browser and device type. This is not tied to your name, email, or phone number, and we do not use cookies for it — the measurement is stored in your browser's local storage only.

Server logs. Our host records standard technical data including IP address, request time, and browser type.

Please do not share health information, insurance details, or other sensitive personal information with the demo agent. It is a demonstration, not a medical or professional service, and nothing you tell it is treated as confidential.

We use the information above to operate the demo, to understand how this page performs, and to improve it. That is the entire purpose.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

If you click through to readyring.ai, we pass along a campaign identifier so we can tell which page sent you. It identifies the click, not you.

We rely on the following providers, each of which handles data under its own privacy policy:

• Retell AI — powers the live voice demo. Microphone audio is processed in real time to generate the AI's response.
• PostHog — anonymous usage analytics.
• Vercel — hosts this website and records standard server logs.

Opt out of analytics. Use the control below. Your choice is stored in your browser, so you may need to set it again on a different browser or device.

Skip the demo. The demo only runs if you start it and grant microphone permission. Your browser will ask first, and you can decline or revoke access at any time.

Requests about your data. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of its sale or sharing — we do neither. Because this site collects no identifying information, we typically hold nothing tied to you. You can still reach us at legal@readyring.ai and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Demo audio is not retained after the call ends. Anonymous analytics and server logs are kept only as long as needed to operate and improve this page.

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
